TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Hyundai Car Share Offer
A summary of the offer
We’ll give you a vehicle to enable you and group of fellow Cybermummy delegates to participate in The Hyundai Car Share, travelling to and from the Cybermummy 2011 Conference in London. We will cover the cost of your petrol, parking and congestion charge.
Promotion Terms and Conditions
- The promotion is open only to UK residents aged 21 years or over with a valid UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months, except employees of the Promoter, their Dealers and agents and members of their immediate families, or anyone connected to the creation and administration of the draw.
- Car Share Team entries should be submitted no later than 5.00pm on Monday 30th May 2011.
- Car Share Team entries should have a minimum of one nominated driver.
- Car Share Team entries should have a nominated lead driver to whom the vehicle will be delivered and collected.
- The winning teams will be selected by a judging panel comprising Hyundai employees and a Cybermummy committee member.
- The winning teams will be selected based on a range of criteria including, but not restricted to, geographic location, number of passengers and availability of a suitable vehicle.
- The winning teams will be published on Hyundai’s Facebook Page at by 5.00pm on Wednesday 1st June 2011.
- The prize consists of one Hyundai vehicle for the weekend of Cybermummy 2011 – delivered on Thursday 23rd June 2011and collected on Monday 27th June 2011 anywhere in the UK mainland. The prize also covers fuel costs incurred during the journey, parking costs in Central London. These will be funded via a cash float that will be provided for each vehicle. A one-day London Congestion charge will be prepaid for vehicles due to arrive into London before 18.00 on Friday 24th June.
- A total of 6 prizes are being made available.
- The winning team members will be required to keep a digital diary of their experience including taking photos and videos, tweeting and writing blog posts about the car and their journeys to and from Cybermummy 2011 and their general experiences with the car.
- The vehicle is insured by Hyundai Motor UK Ltd for use by drivers authorised in writing by HMUK, with a full UK driving license. No contents insurance is provided. Hyundai Motor UK Ltd will require a copy of all drivers driving license(s).
- The driver is responsible for the safe keeping of the vehicle and for the safety of its passengers.
- The model, variant and colour of the vehicle will be provided at Hyundai Motor UK Ltd’s discretion. Hyundai Motor UK Ltd reserves the right to cancel the promotion in the event of the vehicle becoming unavailable. No cash alternative will be offered.
- All fixed penalty notices, parking fines, speeding on camera etc, incurred during the period of the loan are the sole responsibility of the driver.
- The vehicle has been provided for evaluation purposes and should not be subject to unreasonable use. The vehicle shall be returned in a clean and road worthy condition.
- By entering this promotion, the winners agree to these terms and conditions and that their comments, pictures and videos will be shown in the Hyundai quarterly e-newsletter, the Hyundai UK Facebook page and other promotional materials and communication channels.
- These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Terms and Conditions of the DISNEY DVD GIVEAWAY:
The Walt Disney Company DVD giveaway Terms and Conditions:
• Competition is open to all residents in the UK and ROI over 18 years of age, excluding employees of The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.
• The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, or delayed. Last date for receipt of entries is midnight (GMT) 24th June 2011.
• To enter, please leave a comment on the competition post stating the answer to the question; What is the name of the donkey in Winne the Pooh?
• All entries received by this date will be entered into a prize draw and the winner will be chosen randomly.

“Survey & Card Drop” Prize Draw Rules
This prize draw will be open on 25th June 2011 only and end at the end of the CyberMummy event on the same day.
How to enter:
1. Complete the survey issued by Disney staff at the CyberMummy event on 25th June 2011 and drop your business card with your contact details on it in the “Survey & Card Drop” prize draw bowl for a chance to win an 8GB iPod Touch.
2. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
3. Prize winners will be announced on the Disney Twitter feed @DisneyMumsUK at the end of the CyberMummy event on 25th June 2011. Winners who are still at the event at this time can make themselves known to Disney staff at the event to arrange collection/delivery of their prize. Winners who have not made themselves known to Disney staff at the end of the CyberMummy event will receive confirmation that they have won via e-mail. Prize winners must reply to that email within 72 hours of Disney sending it to arrange collection/delivery of their prize. If no response is received by Disney within this time, Disney reserves the right to select other winners and Disney shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected. Disney’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. There is no cash alternative for any of the prizes. If the advertised prize is not available then we will use our reasonable endeavours to obtain a suitable replacement of equal value.

“Business Card Drop” Prize Draw Rules
This prize draw will be open on 25th June 2011 only and end at the end of the CyberMummy event on the same day.

Tickets for The Lion King stage show
One (1) person will win a pair of tickets to see The Lion King on stage at the Lyceum Theatre in London. Prize winner may request tickets for any Tuesday-Friday performance, excluding school holidays. Tickets subject to availability and additional blackout dates may apply. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed above, for example but not limited to travel, accommodation and meals/refreshments, are at winner and/or guests own expense.
DVD Bundles
Three (3) people will each win a DVD bundle consisting of at least eight (8) DVDs. DVDs in the bundle will be at Disney’s discretion.
Toy Box
One (1) person will win the Toy Box as displayed at the Disney stand at CyberMummy. Toys will all be suitable for children aged 5+.
Cars 2 Premiere tickets
One (1) person will win four (4) tickets to the Cars 2 Premiere in London on a date and venue to be announced. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to the Premiere if under 18. The exact date and venue of the Premiere shall be determined by Disney, in its sole discretion. Any Premiere tickets sold will be invalid. Any costs incurred, for example but not limited to travel, transportation, food, are at winner and/or guests own expense. In the event the Premiere does not take place, is cancelled or terminated, Disney shall substitute the Premiere Screening prize with four (4) tickets to an alternative screening of “Cars 2”, such alternative screening venue, location and timings to be determined by Disney, in its sole discretion.
Family Holiday to Walt Disney World in Florida
One (1) person will win a family trip for four (4) people to include:
• Return economy flights from a regional UK airport to Orlando International
• Return US airport transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort.
• Seven (7) nights accommodation in one (1) family room at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, selected by Disney in it sole discretion, on a room only basis
• An eight (8) Day Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper® and Water Park Fun and More Option per person, giving unlimited access to Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park plus seven (7) admissions per person in total to Disney’s Blizzard Beach and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Parks, Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and Disney Quest Indoor Interactive Theme Park.
• The holiday must be taken by 25th June 2012 & is subject to availability and restrictions imposed by Walt Disney World. Dates in peak holiday periods may not be available.
• The winner and all their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Disney cannot be responsible for unforeseen cancellations of flights or other arrangements.
• Transfers to and from the UK airport are not included.
• Travel Insurance is not included.
• Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed, for example but not limited to food, drinks, transport, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, optional excursions, tips, souvenirs and any other incidental expenses, will be at the winner’s and/or their guests own expense.
• The winner and each guest must have (at the time of travel) a valid passport for at least six (6) months after arrival in the US and all necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations.
• Any children in the group must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• In the event the winner is requested to provide preferred travel dates Disney or its travel agent will look to accommodate such dates but cannot guarantee that the winner’s preferences will be available. Once confirmed the winner and their guests are subject to the travel conditions of the train company/airline or other carrier.
